1. Minimum age
Reals is only for people aged 16 or over. Registration requires users to declare that they meet this age. The app does not perform automatic document-based age verification.
2. Zero tolerance
Reals prohibits content or behaviour that exploits, sexualises, abuses or endangers minors.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format.
- Grooming for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion, threats or sexual coercion.
- Requests for sexual images, videos or content involving minors.
- Sexualisation of minors or conversations intended to facilitate exploitation.
- Trafficking, recruitment or facilitation of child sexual exploitation.
3. Reporting
Reals includes in-app reporting and blocking tools. Child-safety concerns can also be sent to reals.contacto@gmail.com using only the information needed to identify the issue.
Do not email, attach or redistribute illegal material. Use references, usernames, group information or context without resending the material.
4. Review and action
Reports are recorded and operational review is manual. Reals 1.0.0 does not include automatic CSAM detection, automatic suspension or built-in human moderation tooling.
When we become aware of a potential violation, we may review available information, remove or restrict content where technically possible, restrict/delete accounts and preserve strictly necessary information for a legitimate investigation or legal duty.
5. Authorities and CSAM
Where the law requires reporting confirmed material or cooperation with competent authorities/organisations, Reals will follow the applicable process, prioritising protection of affected people and preventing further distribution.

7. Social Feed, contact and minors’ privacy
Eligible users aged 16–17 may use the Social Feed, comments, follows, photos, chats and recommendations. Reals does not currently verify age using documents and does not provide automated grooming or CSAM detection. Do not post information that could locate you, do not share intimate images, and block or report risky contacts or content. Report review is manual.
