You can also email reals.contacto@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject ‘Account deletion request’. We may ask for reasonable verification to prevent unauthorised deletion. Never send your password or authentication codes.
What the process deletes
Other related data such as push tokens, friendships, memberships, inventory, coins, entitlement, blocks, reports, reactions and reads also depend on deployed database relationships/cascades.
- Authentication user and profile.
- Personal Reals, covers, avatar, memories and attributable photos handled by the deletion process.
- Direct messages where the account is sender or recipient, and group messages sent by the account.
- Competitions involving the account and associated evidence.
- In-app notifications and analytics attributable to the UUID.
- Invitations and own completions handled by the function.
Groups and shared content
Other users’ content that remains part of a shared group or conversation is not deleted because your account is removed.
- If a group still has accepted members, ownership is transferred to the system-defined successor; otherwise the group is deleted.
- Some group Reals can be transferred with the group.
- Attributable personal photos/covers are removed even when a Real is transferred.
- A legacy group image without technical uploader attribution may remain when the group continues.
Technical copies and timing
External requests are handled within the applicable legal period. Providers may temporarily retain operational logs or backups for security, recovery, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Residual copies are not used to reactivate the account.
Social content after account deletion
Deleting an account is different from signing out. Your own posts and relationships such as likes, reactions, follows and impressions are removed according to database relationships. Some comments on other users’ posts may remain anonymised, and some inspiration attribution or group content may remain without identifying you or be transferred to preserve shared content. Records strictly necessary for safety, fraud, appeals or legal duties may be retained for the applicable period. Provider backups and logs may take additional time to be overwritten.
