Before deleting your account
- Cancel your Reals+ subscription in Google Play (Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions). Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
- Coins, virtual items and any remaining Reals+ time will be lost and are not refundable, except where the law requires.
- Save to your device any memories, photos or videos you want to keep.
Delete from the app
Deletion is irreversible once completed.
- Open Reals and sign in.
- Go to your Profile.
- Tap “Delete account”.
- Read the information and confirm.
Request deletion by email
Email reals.contacto@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask for reasonable verification to prevent unauthorised deletions. Never send your password or access codes. We will handle the request within one month at the latest.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account and profile.
- Your Reals, covers, memories, photos, videos and avatar.
- Your feed posts (including their location), likes, reactions, follows and impressions.
- Your direct messages and the group messages you sent.
- Your competitions and their evidence.
- Your Reals AI history and the suggestions you sent.
- Your purchase and subscription records, coin balance, inventory and rewarded-ad records.
- Your notifications, push tokens and analytics events.
Groups and shared content
- If a group still has members, its administration passes to another member; if nobody remains, the group is deleted.
- Some group Reals may be transferred with the group, without your personal photos or covers.
- Some comments on other people’s posts may remain anonymised so conversations are not broken.
What may be kept
We may keep, for the period required by law, information strictly necessary to meet legal obligations, handle complaints or prevent fraud and abuse (for example, safety reports). Google keeps its own records of Google Play transactions under its policy. Provider backups and technical logs may take additional time to be deleted and are never used to reactivate your account.
